Join our dynamic team as a CRM Manager In this role you will own the customer journey in channels including; E-Mail, SMS, App, Referral, Reviews, Rewards, UGC and notifications to make sure the right message is going to the right customer at the right time.
Your mission is to generate profitable revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction, increase retention, increase customer lifetime value and enhance customer loyalty.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE AS OUR CRM MANAGER:
- You will manage and oversee the implementation of new automated and transactional SMS campaigns and flows
- Reviewing and optimising our current app
- and browser push strategy, you will increase revenue and conversion rate
- You will oversee and manage the CRM marketing & performance calendar and partner with leaders to plot daily marketing messages and stories that are consistent, timely and relevant
- Creating a testing framework, you will partner with our Performance Marketing Analyst on A/B test set up & reporting
- You will take ownership of CLTV, conversion rate, retention and reactivation optimisation
- Partnering with our Global Performance Director, you will implement wins, learnings, new technologies and best practices to help grow the business
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar CRM role - either in-house or agency-side, ideally with experience in ecommerce
- Expertise in CRM tools, including workflows, custom functions, reports, and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great customer experiences
- Solid understanding of consumer metrics and eCommerce
- Experience working and collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- A passion for the end-to-end customer journey and using data to eliminate roadblocks and identify opportunities
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong aptitude for analysing data, identifying trends, and using those insights to highlight opportunities/weaknesses
- Innovative thinker and a collaborative team player
- Passion for keeping up to date with latest CRM trends
- Experience managing and pacing budgets
