We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a “Third Party Services Officer” to join our Customer Delivery team. This role will provide comprehensive accreditation and commissions support to all members of ING’s third-party distribution channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone if you enjoy working with databases, MS Excel, handle multiple systems, prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative, and fast paced team environment with flexible working options. There will always be opportunities to learn and grow in the role, and the customer delivery team is considered a great talent cultivator with team members often being promoted into all areas of the business.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Preparing, approving and processing third party partner commission payments within the established deadline.
- Approving and processing accreditations forms for third party partners, ensuring they adhere to regulatory, risk and business requirements.
- Managing Maintenance and ownership of effective relationships with external and internal partners in the area of accreditations and commissions.
- With assistance, leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and accuracy of all the team’s functions.
- Adhering to all ING policies and completion of all mandatory training requirements. Maintaining an open and transparent culture by reporting all Events.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Experience working in analytical or an accounting role with good understanding of backend/core systems.
- Working knowledge of databases and data extraction with intermediate Excel Skills.
- Good understanding of administrative systems and business processes that are part of the job to ensure effective and efficient business operations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- High-level interpersonal, communication and consultation skills as they relate to the delivery of effective client/customer services.
