We take great pride in being innovative and responsive to the changing needs and challenges of the current market._ **Functional Responsibilities**: - COLLECTIONS - Maintaining the collection process on all debts for all companies/entities and communicating with clients on payment. - Establish sound working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help minimise payment issues and drive timely payments. - Monitor all assigned customer records for any debts that will be falling due. - Maintain the Overdue Spreadsheets and records of interactions, payments, and communications with clients ensuring these are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes. - Execute all tasks in line with current processes ensuring that the work is delivered on-time and at a high standard. - RECEIPTS - Process of all internal and external receipting accurately for all companies across multiple systems and currencies. - Following up on non-received remittances with customers, and all payments that are unallocated to have accurate reporting on overdues accounts. - As and when required, issue refunds in line with banking process - AGED DEBTORS - Prepare and present regular aged debtor reports on collection activities - Providing timely updates on payment status. WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY - Act in compliance with CW Retail’s WHS policies, directives and procedures as well as safety programs, initiatives and reporting requirements. - Take all reasonable care for their own and others physical and mental safety and wellbeing while at work. **General Responsibilities**: - Provide quality information to the Team Lead - Account Receivable Collections in all areas of responsibilities. - Act in accordance with all CW Retail policies and procedures and practices in the performance of responsibilities. - Treat everyone with respect and fairness in all interactions, no matter their position in the company. - Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and integrity. - Ensure that privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times and practices are in line with relevant legislation - As and when required, perform additional tasks as directed by management. **Experience**: - 2 plus years Accounts Receivable experience ideally in a similar environment. - Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and collections. - Vast experience in a collection’s environment assisting and responding to those in debt - Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-moving environment. - Demonstrated capacity for meeting deadlines and working within daily time constraints. **What you should know**: Aside from the usual things you should expect from any organisation, we also offer our team the following: - Discounts across all our brands.
