**The Role**

An opportunity for a Technical Consultant to join our clients Managed Services practice.

Our client has an industry-leading Managed Services practice, where you will play a critical role in the implementation and successful delivery of our IT solutions to their clients. By working closely with our customers, you will draw upon your broad technical expertise to understand business requirements and advise on suitable IT solutions that meet their requirements.

This role is focused on tactical, operational project work for our clients, as well as mentoring and guiding our Systems Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers, being their go-to source of knowledge as a senior technical member of the team.

**Strong Implementation knowledge and experience across the below technologies is paramount**- Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
- Windows Operating Systems (Server & Workstation)
- Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online)
- Exchange Server
- Microsoft Azure (IaaS), Azure Virtual Machine
- Backup technologies such as Azure Backup, StorageCraft, Veeam
- Azure Site Recovery Services
- Microsoft Enterprise Mobility & Security
- SCCM
- Hyper-V/VMware
- Remote Desktop Services & Citrix XenApp
- Expertise with various ICT Network infrastructure technologies & methodologies such as: WAN, LAN, Remote Access, Wireless, Security

**Your Experience**

Have a broad Microsoft technical background and love having the blend of work where you strive ton deliver tailored Microsoft technology solutions to our customers whilst enjoying the customer experience and interaction piece.
- 5+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and supporting ICT systems, hardware, and software in a Microsoft environment.
- Previous experience as a client-facing consultant
- Be a excellent communicator
- Build rapport easily and swiftly
- Have a level of technical pre-sales experience
- Microsoft Certification with the above technologies are highly regarded
