**Technical Consultant - Defence Sector | Professional Services Team | Australia | Hybrid**

We’re searching for an Australia-based Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team so that we can continue delivering high-impact implementation and support for our Defence sector clients. The Technical Consultant will lead technical configuration, consulting, and issue resolution activities to ensure our software is seamlessly implemented and fully supports client missions.

**How You’ll Spend Your Time**:

- Engaging with stakeholders and end users to interpret and translate technical requirements into software configurations
- Delivering custom configuration, testing, and documentation for client deployments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction

**What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having**:

- Experience in technical consulting, software engineering, or a similar role
- Proficiency in T-SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
- Ability to obtain or currently hold an active NV1 or NV2 security clearance (required)
- Working knowledge of client/server and web platform architecture
- Strong communicator with the confidence to lead technical conversations with clients

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience supporting Defense sector clients or secure environments
- Ability to present technical solutions to a non-technical audience with clarity and professionalism
