Our clients are regularly looking for skilled ILS professionals with experience working with complex military systems. Due to workforce shortages and the specialised nature of these requirements, we are seeking expressions of interest from ILS professionals open to contract work.

We have requirements for ILS Practitioners, ILS Managers and Logistic Support Analysts at Level 2 and Level 3 with both above the line and below the line companies.

These roles will be based in Melbourne and offer work flexibilities with an initial 6-12 month contract duration. With multiple defence projects requiring ILS support, this is a great opportunity to join a challenging environment and work on cutting edge military systems with like-minded and passionate individuals.

Contracting is a fantastic way to broaden your experience and bolster your CV with exposure to diverse technologies and projects while also giving you more work/life flexibility and an opportunity for increased earnings.

**Essential**:

- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in logistics management of complex military system and equipment, including introduction into service.
- Familiar with ILS principles including FMECA and LORA.
- Highly effective in managing multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies, and risk.
- Strong technical documentation/report writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, mentor and supervise junior ILS professionals.
- Must have an **Australian Government security clearance at NV1**.

**Desirable**:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace engineering recognised by the Institute of Engineers Australia (IEAust).
- Deep understanding of Procurement projects and requirements.
- Understanding of the Australian Defence industry and ASDEFCON processes.
- Previous Defence experience within CASG or on Defence Projects ideal.
