The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Central Fleet Analyst to join our team at Toll Group in St Kilda This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home two days a week Reporting to the Head of Central Fleet, you'll be instrumental in driving the performance analysis of Toll's extensive fleet, encompassing Prime Movers, Rigids, Trailers, and Dollies across our global portfolio.

You'll play a vital part in supporting our Fleet Managers and business operations teams, ensuring seamless fleet reporting and enhancing overall operational efficiency. If you're a skilled analyst with a strong proficiency in Excel and a passion for process improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

A day in the life of a Central Fleet Analyst at Toll Group:
- Support visibility and reporting on regulatory, safety, quality, and compliance requirements at State and Federal levels.- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety regulations in all operations.- Assist in Fleet capex approval and sign-off processes, managing scope change requests and fleet cost variations.- Implement Toll’s Fleet Strategy and oversee the fleet refresh program, deploying new fleet according to optimal lifecycle guidelines.- Establish processes with Business Units to manage old fleet exits and new fleet arrivals, reallocating or selling assets as necessary.- Manage relationships and processes with external Fleet auction houses to sell retired assets.- Support the development and implementation of a central fleet usage charging mechanism, collaborating with business units and finance to ensure alignment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Data, Commerce, Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.- Proven experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within a large 3rd party transport logistics provider.- Strong technical expertise in fleet management, supply chain, or warehousing.
