**Job Description**:
We have a new opportunity for a skilled **Finance Analyst** to join our Finance team, where you will provide accounting support and financial analysis to all sub verticals across our Resource and Industrials (R&I) Division.
The R&I Finance team's remit is to be capability orientated to deliver business partnering & achieving effective value add decision making, to be readily & easily understood by the customer & adaptable for ongoing continuous improvement.

As **Finance Analyst**, you will be responsible for:
- Accounting process and tasks supporting the R&I Division, e.g. preparation of working capital dashboard
- Coordinate and collate R&I submissions to Group Functions
- Month end accounting / journals and guidance to team members
- Prepare/review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and lead resolution of reconciliation issues
- Support transition to balance sheet reconciliations
- Support budget / forecast process, including consolidation of business unit reporting regions and discussions with business unit Managers for respective regions
**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Minimum of 2 years management or financial accounting experience
- Finance reporting & operational metrics experience
- Strong analytical & problem-solving capability & aptitude
- Mature & adaptable outlook able to proactively embrace change & improvement
- Strong communication & relationships skills including ability to develop strong business partnering
- Exhibit a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
- CPA/CA/CIMA qualification or part qualification
