Rating & Billing Analyst - St Kilda Road Melbourne

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Rating & Billing Analyst to join our Resources & Industrials division, based in our head office in St Kilda Road Melbourne. You will be responsible for overseeing the administration and billing for Toll’s Gases business across multiple customers and contracts.

As the Rating & Billing Analyst you will:
- Overseeing day-to-day administration and billing activities- Managing weekly revenue cut-offs- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customers- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity within the team and across the business- Ensuring rates are updated in the Transport Management Systems (TMS)- Monitoring the performance of Toll’s Centre of Excellence team responsible for data entry into our TMS

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High level of attention to detail- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills- Ability to influence operators to ensure correct processes are followed and that actions are resolved on a timely basis- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is preferable
