We are seeking a Manual Test Analyst to join us on a Fixed term 12 months Permanent basis in our Consulting division of the business to assist us with one of our client projects and drive quality and pace of their IT Projects that are underway now. This project is critical to the ongoing transformation efforts deployed by the client.

This role will champion test planning and execution (both manual and some automation) at a Delivery Team level across digital technologies. This role will work closely with Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure end-to-end testing activities are aligned to testing frameworks and methodologies. Also ensure that test automation practice in place in the Delivery team.
**Day in life**:

- Responsible for testing of solutions within assigned delivery stream (regardless of technology platform) to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with all relevant standards.
- Be the advocate of quality in the scrum team.
- Accountable for managing the design, implementation, and execution of end-to-end testing automation activities in the Delivery Stream.
- Oversees the definition, documentation and approval of test strategies / frameworks, delivery plans in line with defined project outcomes.
- Manages the progress of testing activities throughout the testing lifecycle and remediation activities to address risks and issues.
- Ensure that appropriate quality assurance, validation and testing activities are undertaken, as well as ensuring new/changed services are integrated appropriately into the automated test suite.
- Ensure all testing activities are conducted with rigour and precision in alignment with our client's testing methodologies, standards and processes.

**Qualifications, key skills, and experience required**:

- Strong demonstrated experience in Manual Testing (Web, APIs, Digital)
- 2+ Years' experience working in agile delivery environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change.
