**Primary or Mandatory skills:

1. To provide leadership and guidance to the test team on best practice, mentoring and supporting development of team members with training and growth plans

2. Manage resources effectively to ensure utilization is maximized, aligned to plan, budget and to timeframes.

- Expertise in leading Manual Testing team, Automation Testing
- Reviewing and validating user stories and requirements
- Executing all levels of testing, such as system, integration and regression
- Developing automation scripts when required
- Identifying software defects and providing solutions
- Providing software improvement recommendations
- Creating relevant documentation, such as test plans
- Communicating project updates with IT teams and stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of Cloud Adoption Framworks, APIs, Relational, Dimensional, Big Data Modelling, Data Governance and Security aspects of enterprise-scale data platforms.

**Detailed Job description:

- **
- 9+ years of experience working with Manual Testing, Automation Testing.
- Document queries and defects and provide adequate data to allow rapid resolution.
- To review testing requirement for change requests, assessing the impact on test plans and schedules.
- Improve and maintain an automation framework using selenium and gherkin
- Creation of both manual and automated test scripts
- Ensure configuration management of all Testware artefacts produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis.
- Drive standards and best practices in QA and Testing, champion the adoption of continuous quality improvement through automation.
- Identify Test Automation opportunities, plan the effort, select the tools and ensure training to team.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
