**Company**:
This established and thriving Brisbane Based Landscape Design and Construction Practice.

They are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join their busy and growing team to provide ongoing support to the in the management and execution of projects.

You will be working on the top 1% blue-chip residential, multi-residential and mixed-use developments and oversee your own projects from beginning to end. This role will suit an excellent all-rounder with proven ability and understanding of quality standards, site organisation, timelines and work place health and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lawn Maintenance
- Hedging species specific pruning
- Organising material deliveries as needed
- Monitoring project progress, schedules and deadlines
- Managing workers and efficiency of the team
- Quality control; ensuring quality work is delivered across the board
- Contributing in daily tool box meetings
- Monitoring on site workplace health and safety (WHS)

**Skills and Experience**:

- Practical experience in all forms of soft scaping.
- Driver's License.
- General Construction Induction Card.
- Certificate 3 in Horticulture (Minimum)
- MR Truck License (preferred)
