**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a **Team Leader**, you will:

- Lead and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring all work meets high-end presentation standards.
- Guide and inspire your team, delivering exceptional results across all client sites.
- Operate and maintain landscaping machinery to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Oversee and perform ACDC spraying for weed and pest management.

As a **Labourer**, you will:

- Assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, pest control, and irrigation checks.
- Operate and maintain small machinery and tools to complete tasks effectively.
- Support Team Leaders in delivering exceptional results and maintaining safe, productive worksites.
- Learn and grow your skills, with training opportunities to become an industry leader.

**What We’re Looking For**:
For **Team Leaders**:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- ACDC spraying license and machinery maintenance experience.
- A valid Driver’s License, White Card, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- A passion for excellence and a drive to become a leader in the industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ACDC spraying license (preferred)
- Driver’s License (required)
- White Card (required)
- Blue Card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
