Spa Coordinator

Right now, we are looking for a Spa Coordinator to join the Eos team for a 6 month fixed term contract.

**So, what does the role look like?**

As our Spa Coordinator, you will efficiently and effectively manage the daily operations of the Eos Spa reception area, spa, gym and leisure deck to ensure smooth day to day operations, ensuring all guests receive exceptional service each day, in all moments and experiences. Delivering on the heightened expectations of 'a new level of luxury and indulgence' that we have promised our guests, the Spa Coordinator must also ensure the highest standards of client care and personal service is upheld, facilities are maintained and presented in the highest standard, and spa appointments and administrative tasks are delivered and executed promptly and attentively.

The Spa Coordinator will also ensure the execution of operational efficiencies in line with the overall spa strategy to help successfully achieve business goals, whilst assuring the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything we do - distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic.

**What you will look like?**

With a minimum of 2 years sales and service experience in a luxury spa environment within an administrative or sales focused role, you will possess a current RSA, First Aid Certificate and have demonstrated competency with a range of computer software and programs, including Microsoft Office Suite. You will also possess exceptional organisational and communication skills and have proven ability to problem solve and operate autonomously.
