**Your Impact**

The delivery and maintenance of competitive and profitable products is critical to ensure the organic growth of our Australian residents' health insurance. As the Product Analyst, your role will be to assist with the on-going management and development of competitive and profitable Australian resident health insurance products.

This will include but not limited to:

- Undertaking market analysis to develop new product concepts / changes to existing product benefits and features
- Working with the Marketing team to deliver product collateral and campaigns
- Monitoring and analysis of product performance to ensure products are profitable and meet revenue targets
- Making recommendations and implementing actions to rectify any profitability issues
- Collecting pricing data and providing inputs into pricing strategy for the nib annual pricing process
- Collaborating with the broader Products team and other internal stakeholders to explore new opportunities
- Liaising with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Governance to ensure products and associated initiatives comply with all relevant legislation

**Your Team**

**Your Background**
Ideally you hold a degree in Marketing or Business (or other relevant degree). We are open to less than 2 years' experience in a similar position and will provide mentoring and training to help you succeed.

We are looking for someone with fantastic interpersonal skills as there will be a lot of stakeholder engagement. Along with this you bring strong commercial awareness with a high level of analytical and interpretive skills.
