**Responsibilities**:
The nib Group has a mission and vision of people enjoying better health. Through our success, we aspire to more prosperous and sustainable communities, not only the creation of enterprise value.
nib is a trusted health partner, helping members and travellers make more informed healthcare decisions, transact with healthcare systems and generally live healthier lives. We're looking for people who share this passion and want to be a part of a team that has the appetite and ambition to be extraordinary. Extraordinary comes in different perspectives and experiences. We're committed to an environment where everyone has the autonomy and freedom to be their authentic selves, every day.
**Your Impact**

- Collecting pricing data and providing inputs into pricing strategy for the nib annual pricing process
- Collaborating with the broader Products team and other internal stakeholders to explore new opportunities
- Liaising with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Governance to ensure products and associated initiatives comply with all relevant legislation
**Your Team**
We drive value for both our customers and the business by understanding how and why our members use our products. We are a highly collaborative team of high achievers. We love to explore, challenge and have a lot of fun along the way by challenging the status quo and experimenting.
**Your Background**
Ideally you hold a degree in Marketing or Business (or other relevant degree). We are open to less than 2 years' experience in a similar position and will provide mentoring and training to help you succeed.
We are looking for someone with fantastic interpersonal skills as there will be a lot of stakeholder engagement. Along with this you bring strong commercial awareness with a high level of analytical and interpretive skills.
**Benefits**
