Play a critical role within the Product & Experience team to drive delivery of value to our customers and organisation through ownership of the product.

You will have a deep understanding of our customers, and engage the business to understand their needs in this 12 month fixed term contract.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, or experience as a Product Manager who is comfortable working as a key team member within delivery teams as opposed to directing / managing delivery teams
- An advocate for product thinking and can demonstrate extensive experience as a Product Owner leading cross functional teams including Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, UX Designers & Researchers
- Innate ability to execute on your ideas and influence others to achieve your vision
- Confidence and ability to lead by example, influence the ways we work and passion for cultivating a healthy high performing culture

Highly regarded:

- Vendor management skills or experience working in a vendor / system integrator environment
- Experienced with JIRA and Confluence

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Create the vision and direction for the Web and Mobile banking App and own the product lifecycle end-to-end from vision to execution
- Lead a squad including Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, UX Designers & Researchers, to execute on the vision
- Manage the product’s stakeholders by accurately reporting progress and insights
- Lead stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies
- Deliver initiatives that fundamentally redesign our consumer product portfolios
