**How you’ll make a difference**:
Working with a diverse range of client groups you will be responsible for all facets of People and Culture business partnering, including:
- Employee Relations- Performance, Reward & Talent Management- Building the people management capabilities of our leaders- Facilitating and supporting change management- Leading and supporting HR projects- Working with managers to improve our employee experience.
**Qualifications**
**The qualities that help you thrive**
You will have knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards and experience handling HR queries on a broad range of issues. You will be confident interpreting People Policies and providing advice to managers. Ideally you would have 3+ years’ experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.- An effective communicator, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.- Proactive and solutions oriented, addressing issues when you see them and using your influencing skills to enact change.- Innovative in your solutions and actively up to date with HR best practices and responsive, with a strong sense of accountability for your remit.- Commercially minded with a curiosity to learn our business.- Experienced in using HRIS platforms, Workday would be beneficial, but is not essential.
