Our client, a leading surgical practice has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Medical Administrator/Receptionist to join their vibrant and friendly environment.

Reporting to the Practice Manager your key responsibilities will be:

- Meeting and greeting of patients and providing a first class service
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Surgical bookings
- Coordinating theatre lists
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Ordering of office supplies

To be successful you will have the following skills/attributes:

- Prior Medical reception experience
- Knowledge of **Genie **advantageous
- Medical terminology
- Experience in Windows (Microsoft Word & Outlook)
- High level organisational skills
- High level customer service skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- An excellent phone manner
- Commitment to patient care
