**The Opportunity**:
Currently seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue. As a hospitality manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the venue's culture and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This is an opportunity to grow tour career with a premium hospitality group. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, leading staff, and coordinating seamless services across various departments. Your leadership will contribute to fostering a collaborative, professional, and dedicated team culture. Your commitment to mentoring and staff development will uphold our high service standards and promote team unity.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, your **key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, covering bar, gaming, TAB, functions and F&B
- Assisting in the on-shift training and development of staff
- Ensuring compliance with service standards and venue regulations
- Actively participating in team and management meetings on a weekly basis
- Opening and closing the venue, ensuring adherence to all security procedures

**The ideal applicant**

To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong time management and organizational skills, coupled with effective communication, are essential. Leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks are crucial. Gaming experience is a prerequisite, along with exceptional cash handling skills, proficiency with CRT & Global systems, and possession of a valid RSA and RSG competency card. Prior restaurant experience is highly advantageous. A robust background in customer service will contribute to the success of the business.
