The position
Dockside Convention Centre is seeking for new Function Supervisors and Venue Manager to start ASAP
To provide exceptional and consistent customer service for all functions, events, weddings, product launches, gala dinners, conferences and special occasions, by providing all aspects of food and beverage services, as per the Venues Collection Service Standards manual.
Ensures the maintenance of service standards with the aim to maximize profitability; must liaise closely with the Group Operations manager.
This role is a “hands on” working as a part of a team to provide fast efficient service in preparation of all food and beverage services, day to day operational, administrative and organizational needs
Continually develop the specific technical knowledge and functional expertise needed for effective job performance.
Accountable for the operation of the specific venue, ensuring a positive and productive working relationship with customers, Peers, subordinates, supervisors and Assistant managers.
**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
