THE WORLD OF was formerly known as Kat&Co, a name it traded under for over a decade. Their award-winning team remain at the helm of the rebranded agency. Offices are located in Surry Hills.
**Role**:
The Associate Producer at THE WORLD OF, plays a pivotal role in bringing visionary projects to life. You’ll work closely with a diverse creative and production team, supporting the entire lifecycle of projects—from concept to execution.
The Associate Producer will help shape the reputation of THE WORLD OF as an agency that is unrelenting in its commitment to originality, design, and detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development of innovative concepts and proposals that push the boundaries of experiential marketing and design.
- Oversee and manage various aspects of our projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with THE WORLD OF’s high standards and that timelines are met.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are not just met but exceeded.
- Source, brief, and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring that we maximize value while maintaining the integrity of our creative vision.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Support the delivery of projects on-site, ensuring that the final execution meets the high standards expected by both the client and THE WORLD OF.
**Skills and Experience**
- 3 to 5 years experience in events, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, design, and innovation.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work closely with a diverse team of creatives.
