**You will undertake research and policy analysis into systemic trends and patterns in the investigation, reporting and prosecution of sexual offences in Queensland and other jurisdictions and provide analysis of findings and potential recommendations. You will work with the Manager, Sexual Violence Review Board to maintain governance processes involved in Board operations and secretariat responsibilities.

Working with a small collaborative team, your input will be valued in supporting the Board's functions to:

- review government policy, practices, procedures and systems to identify systemic issues
- review and analyse data and information held by government entities and nongovernment entities
- make recommendations to the Minister, government entities and non-government entities about improvements to government policy, practices, procedures and systems as a result of a review carried out by the Board
- monitor the implementation of recommendations.
