This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Operations team within Latitude supporting the Personal loan & Motor Loan division.

Our Operations Account Specialist role is set in a fast-paced environment, which requires precision and high-quality execution with a strong customer focus. You will be responsible for performing a range of duties from account maintenance and assessment, management of payment and transitions through to business remediation.

No day will be the same This makes for loads of diversity and contact points across the business to keep you engaged.

- You come with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to triage the flow of information while managing priorities effectively.
- Confident in your approach, you will act with an elevated level of professionalism and discretion and have the ability to build strong relationships across an organisation.
- You are well experience in delivering top class customer experience with a high-level professionalism.
- Inquisitive nature with a desire to understand different issues, perspectives, and to get the complete picture.

Of course, you will be more than capable of using the full Microsoft Office suite of programs (In particular Excel), and if you are just generally a bit of a whizz with tech, even better

There will be plenty of coaching and guidance to support you along the way, and you will be continuously developing your professional skillset allowing you to flourish within the team.

Your eagerness to learn and your 'can-do' attitude will see you go far.
Having the view that no task is too big or too small will make you invaluable to the team.

Essentially this role has the ability to be as big as you make it - Attitude is everything
