Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking for a position where you can play an active part in driving business improvements and optimising financial outcomes? Reporting to the Operations Finance Manager, this role will deliver regular timely and insightful analyses on Operations performance, ensuring a thorough understanding of financial results, key drivers, risks and opportunities, to drive business action plans and result in improved business performance. Based predominately at Chullora, the Finance Business Partner supports multiple NSW Tip Top bakeries. This role is a blended role for office and home working, with up to four days per week at sites. Purpose of the Role - Proactively partnering with the Operations teams on the delivery of operational performance and growth opportunities consistent with the goals and objectives of the broader Tip Top strategy - Increase the level of financial/commercial awareness within Operational teams and create an environment where people are aware of the financial consequences of their decisions - Deliver timely monthly financial results, month end reporting and variance analysis whilst engaging your business partnersProactively support the Tip Top growth agenda, providing relevant insight/evaluation support and analysis including financial modelling, data analytics (using Tableau and other tools) and Business Case development to facilitate decision making - Explore and uncover any potential business improvements to drive EBIT upwards About You With a finance background, you will be commercially and operationally astute to influence and communicate with business stakeholders. You will enjoy addressing "hands on" issues with the business and will be dedicated to promptly delivering high quality outcomes. - Minimum 4 years financial or management accounting or business partnering experience, with prior responsibility for monthly financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting - Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels internally and externally via both face to face and remote partnering - FMCG or manufacturing related industry experience - Self-starter mindset with a desire for ongoing process excellence and continuous improvement - Strong analytical skills through questioning, seeking input, and anticipating and managing risk, and with good attention to detail. - Demonstrated capability delivering clear financial analysis simplistically to non-finance stakeholders - CA/CPA/CIMA qualified - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential) - Experience with SAP and Tableau will be advantageous About Us We are Australia's leading brand of quality bread and bakery products.
