**Learning Pathways Manager**
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) as a Learning Pathways Manager, in the Mental Health and Higher Education Portfolio.
The Learning Pathways Manager provides expert advice on all aspects of student management and administration within the higher education learning pathways infrastructure, including system level delivery and quality assurance. The position will take a lead role in managing several identified systems and process improvement projects, and in managing the Learning Pathways (Cohort Convenor) team. Solutions-focused teamwork is a key requirement of this role.
**Where you'll be working**
The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. The building offers activity-based working conditions with agile and flexible workspaces and the latest in technology, modern end-of-trip facilities, and secure bicycle storage. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre.
HETI offers competitive remuneration (base salary plus super and leave loading), a monthly ADO (for full-time staff), a range of flexible working options including hybrid working (all staff are required to attend the office weekly), as well as comprehensive leave entitlements and discounted access to fitness facilities.
