**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Manage and lead the planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of statewide knowledge management and learning programs and initiatives.
- Manage and lead a team of multi-disciplinary professionals through managing operational team resources, risk, service levels, deadlines and outcomes, ensuring availability and robustness of processes and systems.
- Provide innovative, strategic and tactical direction regarding the development of key process and system learning to support user-centric learning outcomes and enable sustained change through knowledge management repositories.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction regarding the development and delivery of multi-media learning materials, such as content-authoring and single-source document publication and simulation-based e-learning resources.
- Proactively identify and undertake systematic analysis of business systems, processes, performance and compliance controls to support internal project and external customer learning needs and outcomes.

To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Proven ability in the management of people, performance and resources to deliver an efficient effective, knowledge management and learning and development service.
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change and learning strategies in a large scale complex organisation within a Human Resources, Rostering and/or Payroll environment using leading edge technologies and approaches.
- Demonstrated experience of leading and managing learning development and delivery teams and learner support resources to large-scale, complex projects.
