**The Role**
We’re on the hunt for a **Head of People** to lead our People function with heart, vision, and extremely fast but sharp execution. As a critical part of the Senior Leadership team reporting directly to the CEO it is important you can wear both strategic and operational hats, think and make impact outside of the people vertical —someone who can build a high-performing, values-led culture while ensuring our people come first in all that we do.

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Do**
- **Own the People Strategy** - From hiring to retention to culture, you’ll shape and execute our AU People roadmap.
- **Build a Talent Engine** - Attract, hire, and retain top talent in tech, ops, sales, and everything in between both in AU and India.
- **Scale Culture, Not Just Headcount** - Champion a culture of taking action, Humility, and passion.
- **Lead Org Design & Workforce Planning** - Align team structure to our growth ambitions and financial targets.
- **Be a Trusted Advisor** - Partner with execs and team leads to drive engagement, leadership development, and high performance.
- **Drive People Ops Excellence** - Ensure HR processes, compliance, and systems are smooth, scalable, and employee-friendly.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Someone who has a caring people over policy outlook on everything
- Strategic mindset with hands-on hustle—you can zoom out and roll up your sleeves
- Strong understanding of the Australian employment landscape.
- Track record of building and evolving culture during periods of rapid growth and change.
- Natural coach and communicator with a people-first mindset and business lens.
- Data driven individual who uses data not only in people space but wider business to make strategic decisions that propel the company forward.
