An exciting opportunity has become available for a Payroll Assistant to join our Head Office team in Springwood.

We are searching for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and professional individual, with an eye for detail and strong multi-tasking skills. This role is a great opportunity for a junior looking to start a career in payroll. On the job training and upskilling will be provided by our Senior Payroll Officer.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Some business administrative / payroll experience desirable, but not essential;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of programs including Microsoft Excel and Outlook;
- Experience using MYOB and/or Preceda advantageous, but not essential;
- Passionate, self-motivated and is dedicated to customer service essential;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Resilience with a focus on being proactive, flexible, and innovative; &
- Displays professionalism, integrity, self-motivation, energy and initiative.

Verifact Traffic operate throughout Queensland and our payroll team are responsible for processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for in excess of 900 personnel.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Southern Suburbs & Logan Brisbane. A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
