This forward-thinking organisation, who are a specialist in their field, have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team.

**The Job**
The Payroll Manager is responsible for the management of a small payroll team, providing end to end payroll processing of a payroll for 400+ team members.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

- Onboarding new employees to the payroll system
- Preparing and processing payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis, within agreed timelines and accuracy SLA’s
- Handle payroll enquiries from employees within defined SLA’s
- Payroll tax, superannuation, and workcover payments
- Payroll audits, reconciliations, compliance and reporting
- Work in a collaborative manner with the Payroll, Finance, and People & Culture teams to support the payroll function and related systems
- Provide accurate and timely advice to management and team members, and keep up to date with legislation, policy and system changes

Work from home flexibility with 3 days in our Springwood Office located by Chamber's Plaza.

**All About You**
- A degree in finance or economics and/or 4 years' experience
- Previous management experience (we are open to a payroll lead position for those looking to start their management experience)
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex data
- Knowledge of working with Time & Attendance systems and Payroll systems (experience with UKG-Workforce Ready and Payroll Metrics will be highly regarded)
- Proactive problem solver and driven by process improvement
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrate personal drive and integrity by accepting personal responsibility for completion of work
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion required
