This forward-thinking organisation, who are a specialist in their field, have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. **The Job** The Payroll Manager is responsible for the management of a small payroll team, providing end to end payroll processing of a payroll for 400+ team members. You will be responsible for the following areas: - Onboarding new employees to the payroll system - Preparing and processing payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis, within agreed timelines and accuracy SLA’s - Handle payroll enquiries from employees within defined SLA’s - Payroll tax, superannuation, and workcover payments - Payroll audits, reconciliations, compliance and reporting - Work in a collaborative manner with the Payroll, Finance, and People & Culture teams to support the payroll function and related systems - Provide accurate and timely advice to management and team members, and keep up to date with legislation, policy and system changes **The Location** Work from home flexibility with 3 days in our Springwood Office located by Chamber's Plaza. **Our People** We have campers, runners, podcasters, swimmers, mothers, fathers and every other variety of person.
