**Job Description**:
This position will see you reach out to our existing customer base within Thailand, restating the value proposition of TeamViewer to customers who request to cancel or move to a lower subscription plan.
You can expect to perform the following tasks
- Re-establish and confirm customer needs
- Present solutions that may better meet the customers needs
- Help the retention team collect and analyse feedback from customers
- Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate retention strategies for various customer segments
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication ability, written and verbal, both Thai and English
- Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis, asking the right questions to understand individual challenges
- Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
- Proven experience resolving issues and proposing solutions
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous
