**Responsibilities**

This position will see you reach out to our existing customer base and restate the value proposition of TeamViewer to customers who request to cancel or move to a lower subscription plan. Take a proactive approach with resellers and distributors of TeamViewer to manage renewals.
- Re-establish and confirm customer needs.
- Conduct a needs analysis, and present solutions that may better meet the customers’ business requirements.
- Help the retention team collect and analyze feedback from customers.
- Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate retention strategies for various customer segments.
- **Adelaide-based role: relocation support available**

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Korean Language.
- Good communication ability, in both written and verbal English.
- Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis, asking the right questions to understand individual challenges.
- Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience resolving issues and proposing solutions.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous.
