We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated
individual who is ready to take on a new challenge as a Relief Team Leader at Lady Banks Rooftop Bar. Reporting to the venue manager, the successful applicant will supervise daily operations across the bar and dining spaces.

Bankstown Sports is a one-stop destination for all. Our venues include the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and the Basement Brewhouse, along with diverse food offerings across Italian, Asian, and middle eastern cuisines, just to name a few. The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.

About Us
Lady Banks is Sydney's largest rooftop bar, which is a multi-seasonal sanctuary inspired by its horizon. This chic relaxed and sophisticated bar is the perfect space whether it be for a social gathering, after work drinks or for a special event - It's the perfect spot to enjoy drinks and some tapas, with 360-degree views of Sydney.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills and possess a strong eye for detail. Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred, however it is not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrated commitment to the Club’s 4 Core Values: Exceptional Customer Service, Community Focus, Working Together and Continuous Improvement
- Managing venue operations in accordance with Club standards
- Monitoring staff performance, and communicating feedback where required
- Handling all customer enquiries or complaints, and escalating to the Venue Manager where appropriate
- Adhering to Work Health & Safety responsibilities
- Promoting and monitoring a high standard of presentation, grooming and customer care, and taking appropriate measures to deliver this standard
- Ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- RSA & RCG competency cards
- A flexible approach to a varied roster; across days, nights and weekends
- Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
