**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a motivated Warranty Representative to join our team, working from our warehouse in Molendinar, QLD. The responsibilities of this role include:
**responsibilities**:- Maintaining and attending to all warranty tickets in a timely manner for both B2C and B2B customers
- Work with the Spare Parts and Warranty Technician to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain and report on product failures and reviews to R+D Team and Product Team
- Maintain and report on technician costs and reviews
- Work with product team to ensure timely reordering of stocked spare parts and creation of spare part kits for new and existing products
- Coordinate technicians for customers when required
- Identify the location of spare parts and have the ability to accurately pick spare parts

**What you’ll have**:- 2+ years experience in a phone-based Customer Service role
- Sound understanding of the processes and operation of spare parts
- Sound computer skills with experience in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and Netsuite or similar
- Process driven and ability to develop / update processes
- Ability to handle negative or irate customers with tact and respect
- Strong ability to problem solve, think outside the box and make stuff happen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Contributes positively toward company culture and uphold our core values
