**About you**
**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Law degree, 10+ years PQE, and a current Australian practising certificate.
- Strong financial services experience (in-house preferred).
- Proven leader of high-performing legal teams.
- Commercial mindset — able to balance opportunity with risk.
- Skilled communicator, negotiator, and trusted advisor across all levels.
- Detail-oriented with sharp analytical skills.
- Resilient, driven, and collaborative — thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.

**Ways of working**

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.

**Sippy Downs & Fortitude Valley**:
This role can be based at either our Headquarters in Sippy Downs or our Fortitude Valley office.
