At Minto Fast Photos, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Photo shop Specialist on a casual basis, working 2 to 3 days a week, with the potential for additional hours. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch photo printing services and creating lasting memories for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilise your expertise in film processing to develop high-quality prints from various film formats.
- Employ state-of-the-art printing equipment to produce stunning images that exceed our customers' expectations.
- Showcase your sales acumen by assisting customers in selecting the perfect prints and offering additional photo-related products and services.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction through outstanding service, attentive listening, and addressing their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the photo lab, ensuring it remains a welcoming environment for all customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in film environment and image printing is essential.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Familiarity with a variety of photography equipment and printing technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering the highest quality results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
