The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Installation & Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team at Resero. Based at our head office in Minto, you'll play a key role in managing customer orders from entry through to delivery and installation, ensuring every experience is smooth, professional, and on time.

You'll coordinate the scheduling of deliveries and installations, confirm details with customers, and resolve any issues along the way. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things moving through smart decision-making and strong problem-solving.

About You

You're a natural organiser and communicator who loves creating order out of complexity. You're confident making decisions, comfortable managing competing priorities, and enjoy delivering great outcomes for customers.

You will be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm at our offices in Minto.

  • Experience in coordination, logistics, or service delivery roles.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • ERP/MRP system experience (Epicor highly advantageous).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Clear, professional communication and a proactive mindset.
  • A focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibility

In this role, you'll:

  • Enter customer orders into ERP systems and ensure accuracy throughout the process.
  • Coordinate installations and fit-outs for customer orders from start to completion.
  • Plan and manage schedules, site readiness, and subcontractor activities.
  • Track order progress and proactively communicate updates or delays.
  • Manage logistics, dispatch coordination, and freight arrangements.
  • Review CAD drawings, create parts lists, and align with purchasing and warehouse teams.
  • Handle post-delivery tasks including warranty claims, credits, and customer feedback.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues early to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Support Service Coordinators & Logistics Coordinators during peak periods or leave coverage.
