**Responsibilities**:
This is an exciting time to join the Queensland People Team at Macmahon Our Mobilisation Team play a pivotal role in ensuring all our personnel are mobilised to our client & project sites in a timely & efficient manner.

As a **Mobilisation Officer**, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Ensuring strict adherence to pre-employment & site clearance processes.
- Access the National Crime Check database.
- Work alongside our Health Team for pre-employment medical results and clearances.
- Manage PPE orders.

**About the role**
- Based at the office in the CBD, close to public transport.
- Full time office-based hours, Monday to Friday.

**About you**
- Experience working within a fast-paced mobilisation or onboarding team
- Able to communicate professionally across all levels of the company and build relationships with key business partners.
- Experience with Coal Board Medicals is essential.
- Strong time management and mindfulness is valuable in our agile environment.
- Capable of working independently on an assigned portfolio but also as a collaborative team member.
- Proficient in the use of Success Factors would be highly regarded.
