**About You**
You’re an experienced HR business partner. You’ll be balancing the HR basics like performance management with some really exciting projects as we explore and reimagine what it means to work at Sunnyfield. I could do the standard explanation of BP role, but I’m guessing you’re here because you already know what that is.

**About the role**
We know the role. We don’t know you. Yet. If you’re not sure, get in touch before you rule yourself out.
- You can build great working relationships, gain trust, work collaboratively, coach, wheedle, sometimes beg, and bring people along for the ride. This is not a one-person show.
- You can work with your stakeholders to understand their needs to find options. If your go-to options are my way or the highway the next exit is on your left.
- You can work within the Australian employment relations environment. You don’t need to be an ER expert. You do need to understand how it works so you can push out the available space to create solutions.
- You can work with Awards and/or enterprise agreements. Who doesn’t love an hour debating the meaning of a three-line clause? Be still my beating heart if you’ve worked with SCHADS or the SES Awards.
- You can get stuff done. We love ideas. You’ve got them in spades. We like plans better. Do I need to say you actually implement the plans and can demonstrate outcomes?
- You can work with data. At least base your decisions on it. If you can rock a spreadsheet or PowerBI I might cry a little.
- A degree is nice. While the usual suspects are good, like HR or psychology, we love career changers. If your degree is from the University of Life that can bring a valuable perspective too.
