**The day to day**
- Raise, receipt and manage purchase orders in accordance to procedure.
- Ensure plant, labour and sub-contractor costs are distributed accurately
- Monitor open commitments to ensure accuracy in accordance to procedures.
- Support the operational team in meeting financial deadlines for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, EOM close out, results.
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Analyse data to identify over and under recoveries, and implement improvements
- Ensure contractual obligations are met for progress claims, invoicing, payments.
- Providing a great customer experience
- Contribute ideas and learnings to the continuous improvement program that builds operational excellence
- Implement and ensure compliance of all existing & new policies, procedures and regulations

**What you’ll bring**
- Diploma or related qualification in business administration and/or finance highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software (preferably JDEGS)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manager confidential data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Proactiveness and foresight
