The Tech Readiness stream is responsible for identifying and scoping delivery tasks needed to migrate customers. In particular, documenting the technical requirements for all migration streams and working with our partners across ANZ to deliver the requirements.

What will your day look like?
As a Product Owner within the Tech Readiness Stream, you will be responsible for:
Enabling a squad of Journey Experts to deliver on its goals, guiding them on ‘what’ work should be completed
Prioritising tasks and the squad’s backlog balancing customer, banker and business needs
Ensuring the work is strategically aligned to the Portfolio goals and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies
Working with delivery partners to ensure visibility of the work and support the squad in removing roadblocks as they arise
Supporting the squad to deliver customer and business value at pace
Inspiring their squad and others to practice curiosity and thirst for continuous improvement
Maintaining our strong culture and engagement to support the team’s growth and development through the work
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
T-shaped individual - possess a breadth of knowledge in many fields, but also depth in at least one area of expertise
Storyteller - go beyond the numbers and multiple data sources to tell a story using evidence based decision making that ties together the why, the customer need and vision
Mobiliser - ability to rally and mobilise diverse groups of people around focused tasks to ensure we deliver on outcomes
Knowledge broker - enable collaboration and empower their squad by finding the right people for them to talk to
Conflict resolver - have the courage and capability to engage when things get difficult and collaborate / mediate to effectively resolve conflict
Voice of the customer - must continually engage with the customer and stakeholders to ensure the squad is working on the right things that represent value
Growth mindset - the ability to ask and give constructive feedback to help others and yourself grow
