**The Role**

An exciting opportunity to join the BIG W X Team as the DX Specialist. The DX Specialist brings the BIG W digital offer to life through the planning and execution of on-site content that inspires customers, driving customer conversion and sales growth.

Some other job responsibilities would include
- Develop and execute digital content that is inspiring, supports brand principles, SEO Principles, content categorisation and structure in order to drive customer conversion.
- Partner with the DX Manager to review on-site analytics and advise on site navigation and customer journey.
- Participate & Assist in cross-functional Universe Digital post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement and performance of the customer's digital experience, looking for opportunities to increase sales and conversion rates at key customer touch points with content to suit individual customer needs
- Brief department and category pages, liaising with marketing and design to ensure the right messages and assets are used at the right time.
- Act as Digital Champion and supporting the development of a ‘digital mindset’ across all stakeholder teams.
- Be a role model and support the development of the an agile and collaborative team, that adapts to change and is focused on the customer.
- Work within the company’s CMS to ensure that all assets and links are loaded correctly for all promotions and activities, and that the best possible customer journey is established.
- Lead disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and cost effective;
- Support the team to complete product content enrichment as required and as advised by the DX Manager
- As required, support the DX Manager to coach and develop our team of digital content professionals.

**About You
As an experienced Digital Experience / UX person in a large multichannel retail business, you will have deep knowledge and experience in UX, SEO, SEM and Google Analytics.

You would also have:

- Previous experience in a Digital team role for a large multichannel retail business.
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital customer experience principles including customer acquisition and UX.
- Previous Experience as a known and trusted business partner In a fast paced environment
