**The Role
**An exciting opportunity to join the BIG W X Team as the Vendor Support Specialist. The role brings the BIG W bringing great experiences to our customers through facilitating the creation and maintenance of BIG W Suppliers, including trading terms, rebates, and general supplier data.

**Some other job responsibilities would include:
- Triage, track, trend, and resolve supplier data queries
- Support the Commercial teams and IT through the creation and maintenance of supplier data including rebates
- Co-ordinate the resolution of complex queries working with a variety of stakeholders including IT, stores, buying, marketing, and business support services
- Ensure all activities are managed in a timely and accurate manner to support business needs.
- Identify, escalate and drive resolution of system issues
- Utilise & Analyse system records, generate reports, audit trails, and source paperwork to trace business queries relating to articles and sites back to the source to improve data accuracy/process
- Subject matter experts on supplier processes, assisting in delivering continuous process improvement
- Process exceptions as per established processes that have been agreed upon between the relevant areas of the business
