As part of a “front-of-house” team, the Experience Coordinator is responsible for
- creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere by welcoming visitors and supporting all
- employee-facing services.

**Here's a snapshot of your day;**
- Services include, but are not limited to: Concierge, Reception / Switchboard, Room Management, A/V Support, Meeting & Event Management, Community Programs, Meeting Supply Equipment, Food Services.
- Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Greets employees and announces clients and visitors.
- Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is clean and presentable.
- Coordinates catering for meeting and events.
- Responds to customer requests and complaints promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific request.
- Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.
- Delivers orientations, such as tours of facility, how to submit a workorder, where supplies are kept and ordering procedure, amenities, and software ordering.

**What you'll need to thrive in this role**:

- Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels
- Experience in customer service and/or front of house / client facing in a professional / corporate environment.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook
