Our client is a leading global company that prides itself on specialist machinery and equipment and is seeking to expand its team with the inclusion of a Claims and Rental Coordinator for their Western Sydney Office.

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will act as the first point of contact representing the client and provide service support to be the operational point of contact for all external and internal customers regarding sales / credit returns and warranty claims. To handle all administrative tasks relating to rental equipment and be the operational point of contact for internal and external customers.

**The Role**:

- Process warranty service claims. Resolve conflicts regarding warranty claims and ensure claims are professionally and efficiently resolved in a timely manner
- Manage the data and complete end of month warranty claims in time specified for month end close off
- Respond to all queries from warranty customers both internal and external in a timely manner and speak to customers in a way that meets Company call standards
- Manage calls regarding Sales Returns/Credit Requests, Rental, Record Control & Quality
- **MUST **be an Australian Citizen or Resident with full working rights
- Previous Administration experience
- Minimum 2 year full-time equivalent call Centre experience or in a similar environment
- Experience in service and parts operations
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of administrative office systems, bookkeeping procedures and equipment including computers
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of Navision/Salesforce/ Fourwork and/or Service Max (desirable)
- Willingness to learn and participate in tasks/ team player
