**Position Overview**: The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating the workforce schedule to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. This position is based in the Perth office and offers flexible working hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Management**: Create and maintain schedules for employees, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts and locations.
- **Communication**: Liaise with team members, supervisors, and managers to coordinate scheduling changes and address any issues or concerns.
- **Forecasting**: Utilize historical data and trends to forecast future scheduling needs and make proactive adjustments as necessary.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that scheduling practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- **Optimization**: Continuously review and optimize scheduling processes to improve efficiency and minimize costs while meeting operational requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
