**Your new Company**

Our client provides Facilities Management services to the big mining and resource companies, and they are looking for an experienced Workforce Planner/Scheduler to join their team.
A strong understanding of mobilisation and critical compliance will see you excel in this position as you will be supporting the workforce planning team with high volume scheduling of their internal staff, labour hire and contractors.
Your new office is located in Kewdale with parking available on site.

**Your new role**
- Analyse and optimise workforce rosters to ensure efficient staffing levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Utilise data-driven insights to forecast and plan workforce requirements and liaise with agencies for labour hire.
- Monitor and report on workforce performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance meets industry regulations and company policies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a high volume WFP/Scheduling role
- Experience with KRONOS or UKG is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced computer skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge within the facilities management or mining and resources sector
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Understanding of mobilisation and compliance processes
