**The role: The Master Scheduler Planner is required to**:
- Ensure successful and effective team outcomes are achieved by leading and guiding a specialist systems and standards team.
- Undertake complex development and improvements, developing formal and comprehensive program and project artefacts, templates, setups, guidelines and training manuals.
- Develop, review and endorse a range of project management tool configurations and setups by ensuring the content is correct and is consistent with the approved Queensland Health project management approach.
- Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships including coaching and mentoring of internal and external stakeholders on project management tool and standards related matters.

- Demonstrated experience in a large scale, complex project environment, including product-based planning, risk management, reporting, budgeting and project closure, and an ability to analyse, plan and manage specialised work packages. (SFIA Skill: PRMG: Level 4)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the business change decision-making processes, and the planning and implementation of change. (RLMT: Level 5)
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
- Ability to lead, manage and mentor a small project team in relation to product-based planning techniques. (NHS: Leading change through people)
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members. (NHS: Collaborative working)
