**About our Role**:
As a key member of the Strategy team, this role will provide the Head of Strategy and Strategy Managers with analytical and project management support to develop the Global Food enterprise strategy and ensure its execution. A critical thinker with experience in structured problem solving approaches and project administration, you will be responsible for strategic analysis, research, financial modelling and written communication to support the senior members of the team. You will also have the opportunity to support the governance of our Enterprise Project Management office, and to be involved in acquisition/divestment projects as required.

**What will you do**:

- Strategic research and analysis, responding to research briefs using data to build stakeholders’ understanding of key strategic issues
- Utilise structured problem solving frameworks to identify value drivers/key success criteria and define options to respond
- Conduct financial modelling of project cash flows to evaluate options
- Conduct research and analysis in support of identified grant funding opportunities
- Strategic communication. Develop concise and compelling documents, templates and presentation materials using story telling frameworks
- Support the Head of Strategy and Strategy Managers with workshop facilitation, including taking responsibility for presenting components
- Project administration - Provide administrative support for major strategic projects
- Optimise and complete project timelines, risk registers, stakeholder maps, due diligence registers, status reports
- Co-ordinate inputs for the monthly Enterprise PMO rhythm, complete the initial quality review
- Co-ordinate project stakeholders at all levels to deliver their input on time and in full

**About you**:

- Significant experience post university qualification in a Strategy or Finance role in a large corporate, or similar consulting experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research effectively and synthesize meaningful insights from multiple sources
- Critical thinker, with a structured and robust approach to problem solving
- Excellent written presentation and visualization skills (story telling)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with supporting M&A projects an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Think-cell experience beneficial
