**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Due to an increase in production, we are looking for a full-time permanent Machine Operator to operate a roll forming machine, located at our Laverton North factory/workshop.

The Machine Operator must be available to work afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, on an ongoing basis.

Some key responsibilities of both roles include but are not limited to:

- Operating a pop rivet gun to assemble stud frames.
- Operating a CNC machine.
- Referencing drawings to produce and assemble parts.
- Follow a production sequence to ensure daily KPIs/targets are met.
- Performing quality assurance checks for the assembled frame.
- Ensuring that sufficient task analysis is completed to carry out work safely.
- Operating a forklift (desired but not essential).

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE**:
We’re looking for people who have:

- Recent experience in a manufacturing/production environment, including working towards daily targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Able to interpret technical/fabrication drawings.
- A commitment to safety and following standard work practices.
- Ability to produce quality outcomes with an eye for continuous. improvement and quality control.
- Basic computer skills.
- Current forklift license (preferred).
- Some weekend availability on occasion.
