- $90,000-$105,000 plus super + car allowance
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Injury Management Advisor or Case Manager - Workers Compensation to join a well reputable self-insured staffing and facilities management business across NSW.
This role is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexible start and finish times with the opportunity of working 2 days from home and the remaining on site. As this is an injury management role you will enjoy visiting work sites across western Sydney and the office based in Seven Hills, NSW.
You will be reporting to the Group Self Insurance manager alongside a small experienced team of Case Managers, Injury Management Advisor and an administration team.
You will be the initial point of contact for the injured worker, attend client sites, make recommendations on liability and work closely alongside both the Safety and Case Management team to minimise future risks and proactively achieve return-to-work outcomes.
**Role Details**:
- Supporting the return to work of injured workers as quickly and as safely as possible back into the workplace. You will be working with a variety of industries with mostly physical injuries
- Work with various divisions, medical providers, injured employees, Insurers and legal providers.
- Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders and the Health and Safety teams
- Support cost-effective injury management interventions to best support claim outcomes. Actively understand the impact your role and your interventions have on reducing claims costs impacting premiums.
**To Be Successful**:
- Existing experience essential - Within RTW, Case/Senior Case Management or Injury Management.
- Experience with the Workers Compensation Legislation within NSW
- Allied health qualification (preferred)
- Confident in building relationships with external stakeholders and liaising with external medical and allied health practitioners.
- **Own car and full drivers licence is required**
